Each rental listing includes a set of professional photographs, as well as an interactive floorplan that we use to market the unit across the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), as well as all of the major rental websites including Zillow, Hot Pads, Realtor.com. Transparent Pricing.

Purple Line charges a percent of the monthly rent. This means that if your rental is vacant, or only lived in for part of a month, the management fee is adjusted lower (or to zero if vacant). We also don’t charge any additional fees beyond the management fee.
